Former user created an issue 2012-10-11

In 3p games against 2 AI opponents, partway through one or both of the AIs suddenly "forgets" to do actions. One time the green player spent all his dice to take 17 resources, and then ended his turn. In another game, he simply passed immediately after rolling, placing none of his dice.
