Removing I or P fields causes R field to stop functioning

In the event that either the I or P field have been placed on the same territory as the R field, if a player uses a booster pod to remove the I/P field then the R field will still show as present, but will not function. Colonies can be placed in this area (by the AI or humans) after the removal of the other field.
