Issue #32 new

Hi, I tried to run some simulation, made both size having same parameters/fixed rolls and 20 infantry defeats with almost 40% morale left a balanced army of 10 infantry / 4 cavalry / 6 cannons.

Do I miss anything? Check the attached picture.

That is quite possible, after all at level 10 tech each artillery regiment contributes only 1.00 fire damage and 0.05 shock damage (before considering the pips) and that gets divided by 2 if it is in the second row (as the formation algorithm places the artillery). Additionally the defensive pips get also divided by two and rounded down (so it is effectively zero defensive contribution at tech 10). An infantry regiment contributes 0.8 fire and 1.75 shock. So each infantry regiment could be as much as 4.8 times as effective as an artillery regiment. Also at that level the difference between cavalry and infantry is not too great. Of course if you complete the combat width (or really if the combat line is longer) then the army with the artillery wins.
