ScopeControl Plugin: Tracking stops after moving mount (EQMod)

Problem is very easy to repro with beta-11:

In Nina, install ScopeControl Plugin, connect to your mount with EQMod.

Now make sure that EQMod screen is visible. Also make sure that tracking is enabled.

Use the buttons from ScopeControl Plugin to move the scope while watching EQMod screen:

It changes from Tracking to custom mode when you press move vie ScopeControl and then goes to not tracking and stays there. tracking should stay enabled when it was enabled before using ScopeControl.

Strictly speaking this is a problem within the ASCOM driver. See the specifications here:

https://ascom-standards.org/Help/Platform/html/M_ASCOM_DeviceInterface_ITelescopeV3_MoveAxis.htm and especially this note: "When the motion is stopped by setting the rate to zero the scope will be set to the previous TrackingRate or to no movement, depending on the state of the Tracking property."
