Rotation tolerance seems not to be correctly applied

For some time (at least 1 month) I have been experiencing problems when using the Manual Rotator.
Indeed, if I ask for a rotation of 25° as I have a tolerance of 1°, the value should be: 24° < value < 26°.

This morning, for example, the sequence was blocked at 25.02° for a requested value of 25°.

It seems to me that the tolerance is only taken on one side. 24° < Value < 25°, which is annoying when you change the object and the side (East or West)
