Target Filter for HFR History Chart

Adding a drop down (like the current ability to display only one color filter) for specific target would be very useful. There are some statistics NINA tracks that are relevant per-target only and some that are useful across the whole night. The “Clear” function currently allows rescaling the graphs for a new target but it loses any of the total night context.
