Target name in sequence not carried over from name on Framing page

• issue is reproducible
• running version 2.0 Beta033
• Type in the desired target name on the Framing page and go through the ‘add target to sequence’ process and the name in the sequence is not the same

Expected behaviour

sequence target name should have same name as on Framing page

sequence target name not the same as name on Framing page

Fix Issue #1055 - Target name in sequence not carried over from name on Framing page Furthermore remove the recenter button, as it is not really necessary and does the same as loading button.
