NINA 2.0.0.3002

NINA has no option to control or read gain, offset, and power mode on the Atik Apx60. These currently need to be set in Atik SW before starting NINA.

Poking around in the repository it looks like the Atik SDK used is a couple years old. The Apx60 likely requires the current beta SDK at: https://www.atik-cameras.com/software-downloads/
