Add ability to sort target list by rotation

When I’m planning a multi-target session, I often look for targets with the same rotation so I don’t need to go rotate the camera, re-shoot flats, etc. It would be really handy to be able to sort the target list by rotation angle. This could be another option next to “By Name” and “By Relevance”.

I’m a developer and while I haven’t worked on C#/WPF in awhile, I think I could implement this if you all agree this is a desirable feature.
