Unuseable Advanced Sequencer in 3.1HF1

Issue #1333 closed
Sascha Burghard created an issue

Hi,

i updated to 3.1HF1 from 3.0. In 3.0 it all works well, but in 3.1 the advanced sequencer don’t work. I have created a mosaik from M32, the start works fine, but after taking the photos, it started again and again in a loop and don’t get to the next part of the mosaik.

If the condition is unsafe, it dont’t triggers the part which is closing my observatory, it just take pictures in a loop.

In 3.0 it all works perfectly with my setup und how i created my sequencer.

Where can i download the last 3.0 version?? I can’t find it.

Hi, can you please share the sequence json and the N.I.N.A. log file of the failed session? Makes it easier to check compared to the screenshots.

I also don’t see how your first panel should exit, as there is a loop until 5am at the top level without anything else

i don’t know where to find the log file :)

In this config, it works well for about 2 years, don’t matter if there is a single or multiple target. If the pictures were taken, it went to the next target without a loop till 5 am. If it is 5am, it stops and my observatory is getting closed, no matter which target is active.

The log file is in %localappdata%\nina
However i very much doubt that this worked in 3.0 - Nothing has changed fundamentally and each of your panels has the same root loop condition with the exact same time stamp at 5 am - this can’t work like that. What would the condition be to switch from one panel to the next when each panel has the same time set?

Ok i try to change the 5am loop. But the issue with the usafe condition is still there.

    According to the logs

The iterations are set to 120 - this is not what the json you’ve sent looks like. Furthermore the loop while safe condition is missing there, otherwise it would have been logged. Maybe you altered the sequence by accident?
