Invert ROI for Autofocus

Suggestion from chat to invert ROI for autofocus, so image corners can be used instead of image center. Apparently this is good to Tak scopes and fast newts.

This will be in the 1.10 nightlies. Rather than inverting the ROI, adds the ability to define an inner crop ratio and outer crop ratio. When both or set, the doughnut between the two will be used for autofocus.

I see discrepancies between auto focus during a sequence… and clicking autofocus. ??? These options are GREAT but I don’t see them in effect when I click auto focus?
I do see them in effect when a pop up appears and autofocus is called during a sequence program.

Both use the same method, and I tested them with the AutoFocus button mainly. So they are in effect in either case. You would only visually see the effect if annotate stars is on. Otherwise it's doing it, but not visibly so.
