Profile forgets camera when Nina starts without camera connected

I’m using a ZWO ASI1600MM Pro and am using Nina’s native ZWO driver.

If you start Nina without the camera being connected the camera tab in the equipment section will then show none and if you quit Nina that new state gets saved.

It would be nice if Nina showed the original selection perhaps with (not connected) appended to the name and most importantly, did not forget what the selected camera was the next time I start.

Currently when you click on refresh, the previous selection will be taken again.
As for the not connected indicator i have marked the issue as an enhancement instead of bug.
