ISSUE Report Versions are not up to date in the pull-down menu

Latest version available in the pull down under this description box is 1.7.1.0.

    This will be changed once 1.9 is released.

    Prior to 1.8 the auto updater was using the bitbucket api to pull the version number. As this changed with having a dedicated homepage in 1.8 this update method will be deprecated with 1.9 and the issue tracker versions will be updated.

    1.9 is released.

    1.7 and older versions are considered deprecated and version toggle now contains all relevant versions.
