The $$OFFSET$$ parameter AND Temperature Control

I found two BUGs about 1.9RC001.

1. The $$OFFSET$$ parameter in the "Image file pattern" will not be named after the settings in ASCOM.
   It's "1" always.
2. When sliding on the TRAGET TEMPERATURE slider of Temperature Control in Camera,
   the temperature will not be lowered to the set temperature,
   but fixed at 0 degrees Celsius.
   My model of CCD is QHY-695A.
