Make use of the ASTAP solver warnings and errors

ASTAP version 0.9.299 provides errors and warnings. Suggest to use them in the Nina reporting.

Errors

Errors are reported in the exit code after execution (errorlevel)

The same errors are textual reported in the output file .ini behind label “error=”

Warnings

Warning are reported in the solution .ini file behind label “warning=” The .ini file is always written.

The warning(s) are also reported in the .wcs output file containing the solved fits header only. They are written with key “warning =” The .wcs file is only written after a successful solve.
