AIRMASS in FITS Header

I would like to request the addition of the AIRMASS keyword into the FITS header written out by NINA. Airmass is an important attribute for scientific imaging and photometry.

Not that this will stop the PR, but I know that photometrists tend to use AstroImageJ for post-processing their frames and it has the ability to calculate airmass of an object using the time and RA+dec keywords that are in the image header.

Airmass does not appear in my Header. Could you confirm that it appears in the FITS?

I’m using 1.10 HF2 version.

That is because the addition of air mass was to 1.11, not 1.10.
