Error when trying to shoot more than 30secs using DSLR

Former user created an issue

Trying to shoot with exposure higher than 30 secs and im getting a error message: "A Canon error occured: TAKE_PICTURE_MIRROR_UP_NG"

My DSLR model is a Canon 1000D.
