Can not get observatory data from CDC

I could not get Latitude and Longitude from both CDC beta 4.3-4090,4.2-stable. In Framing tab,NINA can get coordinates from CDC. NINA can communicate with HNSKY.work correctly. NINA can synchronize with the telescope, so there is no problem my work. If menber have a chance to review the code, please revise it.
