Implement rescue mode

In case something goes wrong (for example guide star lost, guiding does not settle, camera stuck, meridian flip failed, whatever), back off for a few minutes and attempt to restart the sequence, so the software can be left unattended while imaging.

    on instruction level in adv. sequencer for 1.11 you can adjust the error behavior and also add retries
