Corrupt profile and corrupt backup leads to endless startup loop

I had been running NINA 1.10 BETA004 on a windows 10 home pc core i7. The updates RC001 came up and I clicked to update. It did all the installs as before and completed with message install successful do I want to launch which I did. The flash screen came up and after about 30 secs disappeared and NINA did not start. All attempts to run NINA flash the NINA screen and then just disappear. I only run the standard Windows 10 security software there are no reports of problem apps. My OS build is 19041.329. I have tried RC001 RC002 and RC003 none will run. Please help
