Nightly 63: AIS290 repeating popup: "get offset"

when trying to connect a ASI290MM a pop-up is repeating to popup. When closing it, it reopens after a second. It looks like NINA tries to get the appropriate Min, Max values but the driver is not delivering it. The log does not contain any hint.

Hi,

this looks like an issue in ZWO’s ASCOM driver. that popup is coming from the driver, not from NINA. The Offset is only retrieved, when the camera and ascom driver reports that it is capable. The ascom simulator which is used as reference works.

Is there a reason to use the ASCOM driver instead of the native driver?

You are right. I have accidently chosen the ASCOM driver and ran into this error. The native driver work fine. I will close it, since it is not a NINA issue, but ZWO driver bug.

BTW: ZWO has just in this moment released an ASCOM driver update which resolves the issue. Now it can be connected via ASCOM wo problem.
