Rotation value in sequence reset if loading before rotator is connected

Currently, if you load in a sequence that has a set rotation value, the rotation value is reset to 0 if no rotator is connected at the time of load. This is true even for manual rotation.

Which Version are you using? What are the exact steps to reproduce?

Currently running 1.10 HF2 BETA006, although I’ve seen it on previous versions as well. I am having difficulty recreating the issue on a brand new profile, so there may be some dependency on other settings as well. I will try to determine simple steps to reproduce.
