Loop Until Time saved as template changes to current time when used

If you save a loop-until-time line as part of a template, then later load that template, it opens with a different time rather than the time that was set when saved.

The problem appears to be on the save, not the recall, the saved file has the current time not the time entered on the template screen. Though I am not certain that is always the case as I swear I tried this before and it reset to the current time on open as well.

A file is included but is not terribly informative since it has the time I saved it.
