Nightly 078: Mark images bad mouse over toggling behaves differently depending on initial state of the image

Hello,
the mouse over tile behaves differently depending on the image state:

1. If it is bad, then the thumb icon toggles when you move the mouse over the tile’s borders
2. If it is good, you have to move over the thumb up/down icon directly to toggle the state.

Should be (for least in my humble point of view): only toggling when moving over thumb icon directly and not tile’s borders.

BTW: Meanwhile there is so much information in the tiles as overlay that you almost see nothing anymore of the image if the history is on the main page. For my point of view it would make sense either to make size adjustable or let you chose which information should be faded in as overlay. Also the black background of the text hides also more from the image.

Instead of switching the state on mouseover the button will instead show the current state of the grading and clicking it will change it accordingly. this should be more clear.. Fixed for nightly 144
