For this to be available, we need to implement some changes to the gain itself. Currently gain information is only available when a camera is connected, as each camera model has different gain settings (or none at all) So - to make it available inside the settings you would need to enter the available gain settings for your camera model like you have to set up the filters inside the options. Maybe we can add something like this in the future.
