Orion G10 problem : Camera Timeout - Camera did not set image as ready after exposuretime
Hello,
I have this message in NINA : Camera Timeout - Camera did not set image as ready after exposuretime + 20 seconds.
My camera is an orion G10, ascom touptek drivers.
I have tried with 60sec time out, same problem.
Nothing to do, the only solution is to restart windows.
I have tried different drivers, native and ascom, touptek, orion starshoot and risingcam, and NINA version 1.10HF2, HF3, and HF4, always the same problem.
It appears after about 2 to 3 hours, or after about 90 - 95 subs taken.
Do you have and idea?
the error log is attached
Thanks

Problem is on driver level. Nothing N.I.N.A. can do about it when the image is not sent after taking the exposure.

reporter Thank you.
i’ve made 3 sequences x 40 subs, it’s works.
one sequence of 100 subs, and it’s fail.
So I will make 40 subs sequences and it’s ok.
thanks for your help

There is likely something wrong with the camera or its drivers. When a camera has completed an exposure, its ASCOM driver must signal that the image is ready for download off the camera by setting its
ImageReady
property to true. NINA waits for this signal after the exposure should have finished and will stop waiting after 60 seconds have passed as that’s a certainly a reasonable amount of time to wait for such an event to happen. NINA has no visibility into the reasons for any failure here. You may want to check with Orion about newer versions of the touptek driver package that is appropriate for their particular branding of the camera
