Add time for each filter for plate solving

    This will add unnecessary complexity to set up. Usually a filter change won't bring a filter too much out of focus for solving to fail. If it however does change it that much i can recommend setting up filter offsets instead and use the lumincance filter for autofocus and plate solve operations then. Saves a lot of time.
