Framing page: opacity values should be retained

Description
The Framing page has a control to set the opacity of the camera overlay (default: 0.20). However, some users want to set a different value (eg, 0). Unfortunately, the new value is not retained when NINA is closed and restarted, so the user has to update this value every time.
