What is the purpose of this Pull Request?

Allow “solve and rotate” sequence item to inherit rotation from a parent DSO set, similar to “slew and center” and “slew, center, and rotate” items.

How were the changes tested?

2 unit tests added to SolveAndRotateTest class. Also checked manually by adding “solve and rotate” item to a DSO set, then moving it out to reveal the inherited value.

Did all Unit Tests pass?

Yes

Are there relevant Issues in the tracker that this PR will fix?

None I am aware of.
