Added Roi preview and disabled filters when wheel not connected

What is the purpose of this Pull Request?

Added a full image preview to the ROI selection screen
Also flipped the y-axis on ToupTekAlike subsample selection.
Disabled filter selection in snapshot when the filterwheel is not connected.

How were the changes tested?

Connected and tested two different Altair Astro cams. (AA115M, AA183M)

Did all Unit Tests pass?

Yes

Are there relevant Issues in the tracker that this PR will fix?

No
