Refactor plate solvers that use CLI into a common base class to reduce code redundancy. Further refactor PlateSolveVM to use the adapted IPlateSolver interface utilitzing the new PlateSolveParamter.
Additionally the options to adapt number of stars and downsample options were added as profile settings if applicable for plate solvers.
