Added a generic connector user control that all equipment views can re-use instead of duplicating the code over and over again
Hide “Connected” flags in imaging tab when device is connected. Not much use of displaying it when the device is connected and additionally this will save space.
Moved all Equipment Tab pages in one tab item and there have a second level tab page for each equipment type.
