pip install doesn't work

python setup.py install seems to work, but pip install fails as below:

Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS

    It would be really nice if this could actually be installed. pip gives different errors now, but the dwurf solution works.

      Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement python-inotify (from versions: 0.6-test.linux-x86_64, 0.6-test)
