Default Post Process filter library

Need to create free and open source Post Process library for SSEditor with option to preview it in realtime in scene editor. It has to be intuitive to use, so, probably the best way to add this is by checkboxes in right panel of scene editor. This library must include:

1) DOF (depth of field)

2) SSLR (screen space local reflections)

3)GTAO (OpenGL Ground Truth-based Ambient Occlusion) or at least SSAO

4) Optical Flares

5) Chromatic aberration

6) Vignette

7) Motion (Vector) blur

8)Tone Mapping

9) Colour Balance

10) Bloom

11) Antialiasing (FXAA, Temporal AA)

12) Lut support

13) Grain + animated

14) Eye adoptation

15) Lens dirt effect

16) Underwater effect

17) Refractions

18) Cubic Lens Distortion

This is an artist request. Artists need to have the ability to put effects on scene easily and change it via sliders on UI. Most of effects listed above are default effects in Cryengine and UE4. This effects are already in use, so artists do not bother about adding them. SSE must have them at least in scene editor.
