Ability to change timezone for times.

Please add the ability to change the times listed from UTC to whatever timezone you are in.

    All of the data s provided in GMT. I've exhausted all options. There is no way to split this so that it can have a custom timezone. All I can change is the cache date/time displayed

    I'm curious why this is so difficult to implement. It seems to me you just need a setting for the user to set their timezone and then use it to add an offset to the displayed time. I must be missing something?
