Wallet transfers to exchange mess with payout stats

As the title says, but here's an example:

I have been mining for a while and autoexchanging to LTC. I decide that after awhile I want to be accumulating BTC instead, so switch my autoexchange to BTC. I want to convert all of the LTC in my wallet to BTC, so I move the total back to the autoexchange so that it will be converted to my new preferred autoexchange currency.

MPHstats now reports all of this exchange activity as payouts, which while technically correct messes up the breakdown of what you've mined. Is there a way to address this?
