Allow disabling of notifications on some workers

Some of my miners run on desktops, where the mining processes are stopped when the machine is unlocked. This would result it a lot of unnecessary notifications. Where I would love to keep notifications enabled for dedicated miners.

I'm not sure if you keep a cache of workers associated with the API key, but it would be nice to be able to disable the notification for workers, either manually specifying them, or selecting from cached known workers.
