Request: Payout Fee % - Increase Precision

I find that the "fee %" is borderline useless because of the one sigfig. It seems to round to the nearest whole percent, which means for a day or more it might show 3% all the way down to 2.51% and then suddenly becomes 2% at ~2.5%. An option to change precision to 1 or 2 decimal places would be nice.
