Make payout % based on AutoPayout not minimum.

Not sure if API supplies the setting, but if not we could add it in the settings here.

If we have an autoexchange going to a specific currency, the ability to color code based on the target Autopay would be nice instead of the minimum payout.

So "Override Payout" option along with the part of the settings interface where you define which coin it is?
