Damage Calculator is broken. "countAwaken is not defined"

Tried in Chrome and Firefox.

"countAwaken is not defined" error in console once I fill in the required fields and add a single fire tpa. Can try with team id: 162840.

There is also an issue in that it is requiring values to be set in both the "Applies To:" combo boxes under active skill. It shows "Please select an item in the list" if I try to leave it blank. I am able to get to the error above by setting them both to Fire and putting a 1x multiplier.
