I noticed the leader skill of this card (http://www.puzzledragonx.com/en/monster.asp?n=1571) does not get applied. I thought maybe it was because PADherder was not up-to-date, but Cell was added to the game in mid September, so I don't know. Sorry for bothering again :p

It's on PH's end: his leader skill multipliers aren't in the data yet. You can look at the team stats in PH to check.
