Server response upon alias registration

When registering unused aliases using https://localhost:7875/alias.html it happens frequently that transaction ID is not shown at "Server response" textbox, just OK button changes state from grayed-out to bluish outlined.

I think many people including myself would be very very thankful if you add confirmation dialogue for situation when user is owner of alias and attempts to either re-registers it using exactly the same URI (he forgot registration is done already) or attempts to register a new URI with existing alias. Confirmation dialogue would allow double-checking of entered data and thus prevent potential waste of coins.

The problem with transaction id not showing should be fixed now as after 0.5.8 we don't wait for the transaction to be sent to all known peers (which could be a cause of a timeout).

Checking existence of an alias can be done in the admin.html page. The alias.html page is not supposed to be user friendly tool, such features should be implemented by the clients.
