Transaction ID mismatch

When registering aliases with NXT 0.5.6e using Java 64-bit it occassionaly happens that transaction ID returned by server and shown in "Server response" at https://localhost:7875/alias.html does not match transaction ID shown in NXT webclient. An example, I just registered alias "fragment" and got {"transaction":"1712591583989702363"} returned but inside NXT webclient that same transaction had ID 9713944550052542179. Once mentioned transaction confirmed on network it's ID was 9713944550052542179 and stayed so even after NXT restart. NXT explorer confirms that one is the correct ID, see http://87.230.14.1/nxt/nxt.cgi?action=2000&tra=9713944550052542179

There were no issues like that earlier but since I upgraded both NXT and Java (from 32 to 64-bit) simultaneously I can't tell what component went wrong there.
