Add data feed providers: cybnate, cryptog, masterofDisaster, Nagalim, crypto_coiner and custom , none in the data feed page

testnet without the data feed list the six checkboxes are all checked by default
add abstention feature, in the main net, if no data feed set, it is assigned a default data feed provider
add upgrade alert feature, by default it alerts by one day
add the rpc getdatafeedproviders
fix the conflict
Fix the error "data feed failed:URL using bad/illegal format or missing URL
Fix the problem : when chosen abstention, it still have vote recorded.
