Reporting would be improved if the orders_history.csv log was enhanced with addtional information. This mockup of a single set of orders shows the added information (namely, listing the currency of the order directly, instead of converting everything to NBT).

this exists in it's own feature branch. Will attempt to pull into 0.1.4 RC8 if one is built or into a custom build after 0.1.4 is released

0.1.4a has this included and the output looks great. Should I close out this ticket or should we wait until 0.1.4 has been formally released and this can be confirmed?

Formally we should wait for 0.1.4a-RC2 to be released, but I am fine with resolving it

The code exists in the current build and the output is tested and being used
