Sam Griffiths created an issue 2014-12-10

currently 1 NBT is held back from the balance calculation when placing buy orders. Otherwise there are frequent [insufficient balance] errors (especially on Allcoin)
Suspect that fees may be the culprit but the logic and underlying cause needs revisiting.
