Looping the moving average issue

After recent changes, I updated nubot in production (exco.in).

It recently caused a problem which led to me receiving 147 emails with the following structure:

*Title: excoin Moving Average issue. Bot will replace orders in 183.0seconds.

A large price difference was detected at excoin. The Last obtained price of 253.96 was outside of 10% of the moving average figure of 249.4795. NuBot will remove the current orders and replace them in 183.0seconds.

By taking a look at the last line of the email message, it appears that messages have been all generated 9 seconds apart from each other. I though this may help the debugging
