Check if all timezones are coherent. Any other than UTC should be converted and possibly the offset to UTC record.

"Can I make a request for logging, if possible? Having timestamps in UTC & datetime in localtime (or just capture the UTC offset of the local system) would be very useful Having UTC as the primary timestamp makes post-processing and data aggregation much easier, but also knowing the offset can help make it easier for custodians to read / take action from their own logs"
