KTm bot modification to keep proceeds apart

Its already implemented but after all the changes to the strategy will require more testing.

Also some problems already observed :

• in the situation where one of the two sell walls gets bought up completely, leaving only one active order, the bot will currently NOT count the revenue, because will encounter a weird number of orders
• seek this message in the source //TODO this will cause ignoring proceedings
• Write documentation
