Issue #512 resolved

Benjamin Cordes created an issue 2015-04-15

Previously the balance required to submit orders was calculated correctly with regards to the BTC side. Now the following bug appears. I thought this was due to the refactor but even after reverting all the changes it's still present.

15:57:31.683    INFO    182 c.n.n.s.S.StrategySecondaryPegUtils no need to execute BUYorders : available balance < 1 NBT
